Deleting your account and data

If you want to stop using 2calendars and remove your data, you can delete your account from the dashboard.

Before you delete

Before deleting your account, consider the following:

• Cancel your subscription first. If you have an active Pro subscription, cancel it before deleting your account to avoid any billing issues.
• Mirrored events are not automatically removed. Events that 2calendars already created in your Google Calendar will remain. You may need to delete them manually.
• Account deletion is permanent. Your sync connections, settings, rules, and account data will be removed and cannot be recovered.

How to delete your account

1. Sign in to the 2calendars dashboard.
2. Go to your account settings.
3. Scroll to the account deletion section.
4. Click the delete account button.
5. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

What gets deleted

• Your 2calendars account and profile
• All sync connections and their settings
• Your sync rules and custom titles
• OAuth tokens for connected Google accounts

What is retained

We may retain certain records after deletion as required or permitted by law, including:

• Billing and transaction records
• Fraud and abuse prevention logs
• Security and audit logs

Residual copies in backups are deleted according to our backup retention schedule. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Revoking Google access

Deleting your 2calendars account automatically disconnects your Google accounts. You can also manually revoke access from your Google account by going to Security > Third-party apps with account access and removing 2calendars.
