Exporting your data

2calendars allows you to export your account data so you have a personal copy of your settings and configuration.

How to export

1. Sign in to the 2calendars dashboard.
2. Go to your account settings.
3. Look for the data export option.
4. Click export and wait for the file to be generated.
5. Download the export file when it is ready.

What is included in the export

Your export may include:

• Account information (name, email)
• Sync connection settings (source and destination calendars, sync direction)
• Sync rules and custom title configurations
• Subscription and billing status

What is not included

The export does not include:

• Your Google Calendar events (these live in Google Calendar, not in 2calendars)
• OAuth tokens or authentication credentials
• Internal system logs or diagnostic data
• Data that was deleted before the export

Google Calendar data

Your calendar events are stored in Google Calendar, not in 2calendars. To export your calendar data, use Google’s built-in export tools:

1. Open Google Calendar.
2. Go to Settings > Import & export.
3. Click Export to download your calendars as an ICS file.
