Upgrading, downgrading, and changing plans

You can change your plan at any time from the 2calendars dashboard.

Upgrading to Pro

1. Sign in to the 2calendars dashboard.
2. Go to your account or billing settings.
3. Click the upgrade button next to the Pro plan.
4. Enter your payment information if you have not done so already.
5. Your Pro features activate immediately.

If you are upgrading for the first time, you will start with a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends.

Downgrading to Free

1. Sign in to the 2calendars dashboard.
2. Go to your account or billing settings.
3. Click the downgrade or cancel button.
4. Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period.

What happens when you downgrade

When your Pro access ends, your account switches to the Free plan:

• You keep one sync connection. If you have multiple connections, you will need to choose which one to keep and delete the others.
• Your sync rules, custom titles, and other settings are preserved.

Billing details

• Pro is billed monthly in advance.
• Upgrades take effect immediately.
• Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• There are no partial-month refunds for unused time.
• Prices are displayed in US dollars. Your payment method may apply currency conversion fees.
