Connecting and managing multiple Google accounts
How to connect more than two Google accounts and manage them in 2calendars.
Why connect multiple accounts?
Many people have more than two Google accounts — a personal account, a work account, and perhaps one or more client accounts. 2calendars lets you connect as many Google accounts as you need and create sync connections between any combination of them.
Adding more accounts
The process is the same for every account:
- Go to your dashboard and click Connect Google Account.
- Authorize the account through Google’s OAuth flow.
- The account appears in your list and its calendars become available for connections.
There is no limit on the number of accounts you can connect. However, the number of active sync connections depends on your plan.
Managing connections across accounts
With multiple accounts connected, you can create connections between any pair of calendars. Some common setups:
- Freelancer with three clients: Create connections from each client calendar to your personal calendar, so all your commitments are visible in one place.
- Work + personal + family: Sync your work calendar with your personal calendar, and your personal calendar with a shared family calendar.
- Multiple businesses: Keep each business calendar synced with a master schedule.
Each connection is independent — you can configure different privacy settings, sync directions, and rules for each one.
Free vs. Pro
The Free plan includes one sync connection. If you need connections between more than two calendars, the Pro plan offers unlimited connections. You can start with a 14-day free trial to test your multi-account setup.
Removing an account
You can disconnect any Google account from your dashboard. Disconnecting an account deactivates all connections that use calendars from that account. Previously mirrored events are not automatically removed from Google Calendar.
