How to sync multiple Google Calendars and accounts

The three-clients-plus-personal problem

Freelancing means juggling more than one Google account. A client project lives on its own Workspace calendar. A second client insists on their own. Your actual life, appointments, the gym, your kid’s school pickup, lives on your personal Google account. Multiply that by three or four relationships and you’ve got three or four calendars that have no idea the others exist.

The result is predictable: Client A books a call at the exact hour Client B already booked one, because neither calendar shows the other’s time as taken. Your personal calendar looks wide open on a day you’re fully booked with client work. You end up manually checking three tabs before agreeing to anything, which is exactly the kind of chore that falls apart under real deadline pressure.
